Depression

Sorrow, love, joy, and pain.
I distance myself from the ones that I've gained.
I'd rather sit alone by myself
Than to feel as though the others ignore
Me their once leader who is no more.
I don't feel emotion when I fall.
My life is a slate full of nothing at all.
That's what depression can do to a soul.
But it's hard to get out when you're trapped by a wall
